I would also check the UCM relay, if the resistance gets too high it can cause similar faults.

Make sure the ansi speed check is set up properly as well. May be in software on those.

Also GEN2's do not like heat at all. Make sure machine room is cool with air flow. Maybe crack the controller doors to let out the heat.
