I'd rather repack a 330a twin post with 3 stage pistons then one of those tks.. we built a kit and system for doing the schindler packings and start o finish with travel we can knock them out in 2 days depending on how bad the pit is when we get there day 1. The ones that really suck are the 330a single inverted pistons that are right in the middle. The gorman packings can come and be too tight so you can't get the head on and the schindler factory packings can be grabby in leveling and those cabs a flimsy so they rattle and make it sound terrible. They typically break in a little bit after a couple weeks but it's hard to tell the customer that's normal especially if it wasn't doing it before.
