Been having ongoing issues with an Otis Gen 2. Constantly getting HAD shutdown faults that shows up at least twice a week. I've checked door locks, and made sure that the doors arent ever hanging up multiple times. Unit is pretty new only a year and a half old. It will run immediately without issue after placing the car on MR Inspection. Issue has happened at multiple floors, but most commonly at the 1st floor. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
