Hello. I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. I have a smartrise v2 controller that keeps throwing a F71 speed deviation fault. It controls a gearless torin machine. Encoder checks out with no drive fault, cib board replaced, ir camera replaced, and brake tolerance checked. Smartrise went through some parameters checks but really have not come up with anything. Car has been in service for several years and no one has changed anything. Also this seems to happen anywhere in the hoistway and at 0-2fpm right after leaving a floor. Any suggetions would be appreciated. Thanks.
