I finally got a replacement drive for a job that was down for PEA power supply issues. I started by trying to save the drive parameters by using IMS v2.17.16 but when going to diagnostics green drive it said incompatible drive type. I went ahead and swapped out the drives but now it seems the IP system is stuck waiting for packets to arrive. IP green light on and IP red blinking rapidly. RP RED on solid. Did I miss a step or should I be trying to connect straight to the drives? It seems to trip a 714 fault every 20 minutes or so but I’m guessing that has to do with the drive not being updated. Getting frustrated quickly! I attached a picture of the drive status screen.
Update drive to 3.0 all 3 packets use config file off tent or USB then rescan fastest way I have found... No weights needed for lw so your farting threw silk underwear. Next time pop the drive and change the power supply. The oem one is not available for like a year but I have overspect crosses that bolt and plug right in. 90 percent of green drive failures are power supply problems due to lack of airflow I have mods with heat syncs to remondy this issue it's a rear mother to get in there but I can help.
You likely would be able to remove the 3 boards from original drive and install on your new drive. Then no need for any drive parameters or software. If in fact your only issue was the power supply. All to common problem.
