Need more proof??
No names, No company..But somebody I know who is very close to me, just spent an hour on the phone with a guy who couldn't read a print or a meter well enough to get 5 relay up on a REL.... I'm talking didn't even know where to start...
Seems like NEIP would be well served to have a meter reading class...
