0108 is a Motor/tacho fault. The car isn't doing what the control wants, or the tach wheel is dirty, sheave dirty, or you could blow out the tach brush rigging, if it has removable caps.
Check your loadweighing, menu 5,1
Displays the current load, as a percentage of capacity. It might think it weight in it that doesn't exist, so it's scaling back the motor torque, as it's pulling the counterweight up. If it assumes there is signifigant weight in the car, it may be expecting that, and so alters the S-curve accordingly. Just a guess.
