I took a call for a relating cable that was broken.I got the car to run to the top floor on normal so i could access down and repair it,when i got to the top I tried to access from hall and cartop no luck,i can put the elevator on independent doors will close but will not run.I have checked door locks, gate switch ,open-close limits and relays related to door circuit. I'm lost so any help would be great. Also generator is running and safety circuit is good the car opened and close its doors for a couple of hours before the building found it and put it on independent don't know if any of this helps.

If this is an older keyswitch-Ga,Gb style you may have a stuck keyswitch. Those are notorious for that. You make up multiple contacts when you activate the keyswitch and if they dont make up correctly it will cause issues.

Is this a relay logic controller with a pie plate selector? I don't recognize the URM 21 controller. If you have safety circuit and door locks make sure the generator has transfered to delta. Then verify that you have established a direction. You should at least pick up your U or D relay and H relay. Start there that will get you going in the right direction.

We found the problem it was in the dx relay,it had melted the contactor. It was able to pull in enough to make everything up but not enough to allow a direction
