Maybe this will be easy for some of you...but this one has got us scratching our heads. This is a duplex with one of the units being shut down for several years. Just recently the unit starting this problem which is aggravating for the customer. If the car is at a different floor from where you are at and the gen has shut off it will come directly to the floor that it has been called to. If the car is at the floor that you are already at and you press the hall button, the gen starts up but the door does not open. You have the press the hall button again(before the gen shuts off) to open the door. If you do not press the hall button again before the gen shuts off, then the gen just starts up and still does not open the door unless you press the hall button again. This happens only if the car is already at the floor that the hall button is pressed. If the car is at a different floor then the gen comes on and the car goes the designated floor and opens the door.?
