I don,t know what the setting is for the Kone..But depending on your state codes..Vertical Combs are tested on the Schindler, Otis Escalators using a gauge measuring lbs.per square inch lift device is installed between lifting angle spanning across both newel ends a comalong is attached to the angle and the other end supports a gauge which is hooked by cable to a bracket mounted on the comb..by cranking up on the lift comb plate lifts gauge will read the point at which switch trips..by watching your faults trigger you can determine if it is set..........350lbs sounds right adjust switches accordingly..
