330A problem

I have a 330a, two stop that won't reset. Has a "lon 1207 ni init sail" fault. States it is not communicating with hardware.
Screen comes up "BLOCK READY" every time after power up and s1 reset. Any ideas?

Power down, pull the 360 and short the cap for 1 minute.

also re seat all lon cable connections in controller as well as all hall fixtures
