I have a car that out of the blue just started running at a reduced speed,only in the down direction. Runs normal just slow its really odd.We had the sur1 resistor melt and the only thing we can see that would do it would be the h relay. Any thoughts on this issue ? Also are these controllers known for a lot of issues
