Got a 2 car hyrdro bank (DMC's) in a damp wet parking garage. They called in an OT call that one car was stuck. The OC Guy found it short of the top floor and it suspected it was low on oil. He went to pour up pit bucket and noticed water in the pit. The water level wasn't up to the top of the pit bucket and/or anywhere near jack head. These 2 cars have always had water flowing through the pit walls (esp. when it rains). Dover even installed rails about 1' above the floor. He left off because the oil in the tank was "milky". I came in and took a sample of oil with a clear cup and started checking things. The oil definitely has water in it, not sure how. Ran car up and marked the sill to jamb + shut of the line. We just did an annual relief test on 11/30 - car was put on the stop ring. No water leaking above the tank and/or near any lines. Gotta be getting into the jack somehow...
