I would swap the amplifier board with another car, i have had intermittent eao problems before, usually eao trips if the car speed is above 150 fpm either in leveling or on inspection. you could have a bad amplifier board, it could also be a bad lu ld inductor, or traveling cable wire for lu or ld, you could be opening the safe circuit and then remaking causing the same problem. also lastly try swapping pattern board with another car. maybe the car is going to inspect mode due to a traveling cable also. good luck
