To anyone you may have had this problem. When the car is parked or sitting at the lowest floor. It will not leave on a car call or it will not respond to an upper floor hall call. However it will run on top of car inspection. When it is parked at the highest floor. It will accept a car call and run to the lowest landing and operate properly. It will also accept a bottom floor hall call if it is parked at the top floor. In summary the car will not leave the bottom floor on automatic and respond to car or hall calls. Is it a directional problem? The safety string is good.

Have you programmed the number of floors and relearned the hoistway with the tool yet? Are you getting any faults when the car is sitting at the bottom floor?

also if you have the tool make sure you "validate the floor openings", in other words tell it it has front doors on the 1st and second floor. Allthough I did have one problem somewhat similar and it was a bad or lost ground from the cop to the selector board.

do the call lights for the second floor light and stay latched, if not, then you are probably getting a fault at the bottom floor, check your selector watch dog led on the cartop selector board, if you are getting a selector fault the led will be out, if it is on then the selector is fine. I would guess it is a selector fault if you can run the car to the top on inspection and then run down fine, although it seems as you would get the fault as you came into the bottom floor and the doors would not operate. validating floor openings can cause this also as vince has pointed out.
