At one of the garages in the complex two construction workers got trapped. They did not speak or read english. They could not read the instructions to open the panel and use the intercom. They called a co-work and he John Wayne'd up with a crow bar. They pried the door open. The interlock box had the guts ripped out of it. The door restrictor was bent back and everything was really bad off. Building management came out took pictures. The construction company ended up having to buy a mini door mod.
