I think you 3300 is the same as 330A here in the states. On the CPB board look for JCKL1 if you jump pin 1 to pin 2 that will turn on security for the lowest floor. pin 1 to pin 3 the next floor up. And so on and so on. If you jump 1 to 2 and nothing happens you will need new software. See post about 330A as it seems we have the same problem.
