hello all

i have a kone monospace working on and a keep getting missing 61u,i change the 61u and still getting the same problem,i change the board on top of the lift and still getting the same problem,any input

Is it missing all the time or every now and then? If so have you got too much play in top shoes, and did you do a shaft setup?

it misses it all the time and we hve adjusted the switch as close as possible to the magnet

the magnet could be upside down.

the 61u/61n magnets can turn in any direction unlike the 77u/77n so its something else

Is this after a shat setup, and have you done a lon download after changing boards? & Are you getting any other fault codes, also what's the distance between the 61u & 61n it should be 128/130mm centres, believe it or not I've had one that was causing havoc with 61 switches & it was down to a faulty tacho (strange)

sounds like you need to do adon learn and lon download
