I have a kone monospace which lost his position during power fluctuation. the indicator indicates on the basement floor but the car is in the fifth. what are the parameters that probably change? how to synchronize the car position to the indicator?

You will have to do a new shaft setup. Search that topic it's been discussed multiple times.
