The rope gripper is set on first floor about once a week

Car is re-leveling too fast

can be caused by a touchy switch in the rope gripper, make sure the gripper latch's correctly when it energizes.sometimes a power glitch causes it. the first thing the controller sees is the gripper circut drop,actually anything in the safety circut will drop the gripper, the control may be seeing the gripper first.

when you press the acum reset on the adon board does the gripper pick? the fault comes from the led 182 failing to go high or led 181 stayed high instead of going low. the relay on the adon board k464.2 and 464.1 could also be failing intermittently. the early adon boards were nortoriously touchy animals.

So what is the solution change the whole adon board?

if you have access to another adon , change it out. a lot of intermittent problems are from the early adon boards.you can't replace the relays on those, you have to replace the the whole board.with problems like this you have to start guessing and eliminating things one at a time.by the way what is the fault log reading.

188 and 187 fault

That's just brake and ebrake faults check brake switches.

It happens about once a week now do u think the gripper could be bleeding down tripping switch

Adjust your brakes. It's sliding and activating gripper
