Been working on a KCM-831 for awhile.

Originally, fault 0197/0198 after a run to a floor in Up and Down (would occasionally get a 0108), changed governor encoder, ADON Learn and Drive Setup.

Now, only in the down direction at leveling speed fault 0108 and 0074 (61N on too long). Changed the tacho on motor, checked both brakes (.10mm gap) then replaced main then followed by emergency brake, replaced ADON brd., both oilers are 1/2 full, and rail is lubed.

Any suggestions?

Yeah sounds like load weighing to me aswell now ..
Before with the 197/198 usually the rubber breaks off of the govenor encoder or motor tach wheel wears. Rareley but ive seen in the plug into nts board on bottom is cocked or slighlty unplugged from rumaging through the wire mess in the controller right of the drive will cause it .
