Yeah sounds like load weighing to me aswell now ..
Before with the 197/198 usually the rubber breaks off of the govenor encoder or motor tach wheel wears. Rareley but ive seen in the plug into nts board on bottom is cocked or slighlty unplugged from rumaging through the wire mess in the controller right of the drive will cause it .
