jkh is right, you need to get in the 45 circuit and see what drops 45 to pick 44. 38=car call & 438=hall call stop. What kind of door operator? HY? An old circle W hydro isn't gonna go do a correction run at a terminal unless it's skipping floors and ends up there. Has someone added a door zone feature? Hate to ask, did you check the door motor brushes? OL? 43 back contacts?
