You need to start at the 44 coil and work your way back. Apparently 34's aren't picking or you'd be stopping at the correct floor. Picking up 42 while the car is at the floor will/should drop 45. Somebody has obviously been cutting into the circuitry. Probably need to pull wires and draw the circiut out.
I have a 2C2BC ERL that had some issues when I added a circiut to keep from hanging the restraint hook on an emergency stop in between floors. Turns out the previous elevator company made some wiring changes and didn't know and landed the wires on the wrong sides of the numbered/un-numbered contacts.... Took a while to fix that mess..
