We have been having a problem adjusting the 7770 operators to fully open the doors. I have replaced the DOP relay coil and the pile up contacts as well as the 3 DOP capacitors and resistors. We also replaced the safety shoe limits but the doors still stall about 1 1/2 inches from fully open. I thought there might be a problem with the internal checks and stops in the operators but I cant find any info on how to adjust. Can anyone help?
