Kone KCM831 3 stop. When going from 1 to 3 it shuts down past 2 and all the electricity in the car goes out for 2 seconds. Then it resets and runs fine. Fault reads F _ _ _ 2 then _ 1 1 0 1. One problem is it only does it once in a while. Wondered if anyone can lead us in the right direction?
you may want to look at the travel cord. There are reports of the flat travel cord not tracking due to cold hoistways, and getting clipped by rail switches and such. You may have a wire breaking up in the traveler.
