the only written information for this controller is in a binder, it talks about storing floors, speed adjustments, and some encoder information.

DMC1 installing rear door
waglip
11/11/25 09:33 PM
Hi, we are installing a rear door on our DMC1 test unit. DR (Gate Switch) is in series, and with both doors closed the HW1, 2 and 3 relays kick. Both door boards sharing the RS485 to CLC. Any door board with the jumper for "front door" will open and close upon call or after the hoist moves to the other floor. CLC parameters 52, 53, 56, 58 set to 3 (front and rear group and car 1-4 selected), only front door open/closes, hoist moves when call from or to another floor. When I set to "1" the parameter 17 (ARE REAR DOOR), hoist don't move anymore, and doors become crazy. It seems the CLC is waiting something from rear door. I cannot find anything on the documentation I have, any hint? please? Someone said about DLK and RDLK (door lock), some jumper on CLC, but I cannot find anything on CLC documentation.

How are folks ordering from Adams these days? They are not answering emails or returning phone calls. I spoke with one of the reps last month and she said that there were only two of them.

330A - Error 0076
Elev8ted
11/11/25 05:42 PM
Hello, I have a 4 stops hydro 2 front and 2 rear with IDD32 Door operators. I've been having an ongoing issue with the fault 76. It says " Error Drive 76 Safety End" Extra Info is "0x0004006B. The elevator runs, open the door (front or rear), put a car call, door closes and nothing! push door open, and it opens. Controller show 76 FATL. Sometimes it works and the fault seems to self reset after a while, but it keeps happening at the front or the back. checked the looks, gate switch and magnet for the DCL. I do have the 4 light on the door relays coming on. Could it be the timing of the sequence for DCL, Gate and door lock? Also, when it works, before arriving the floor, (front or rear) sometimes we hear a sound from the front door operator, sounds like the it force the closing and belt jumping. I thought it could be the IDD operator, I swapped it whit a spare, but it was giving the same 76 fault, so I put it back.
Please any input would be appreciated, Thank you.

Re: Cetek Flex-H Hydro Controller

For some reason I remember hearing that the cetek guys were the old Montgomery Miprom guys. I've only seen one of those controllers, 2ish years ago, and it seemed to have some similarities to the miprom stuff. Sorry That's the only info I have. And half of it's hearsay

Tac20 LON Hall Call Issues
Cassidy
11/10/25 09:45 PM
LN is powered up and STAT flashing slow and steady. Lights on all L24 boards. Randomly quit taking hall calls last night. Buttons don’t light or anything. Runs fine from in the car. Verified that phase 1 works which is in the LON network. What am I missing here?

Re: Battery Backup Issue

There’s really no workaround for that. You need a true sine wave battery backup with a high amp-hour battery. Those computer UPS units just don’t have the muscle to run a hydraulic rope gripper. They’re not built for that kind of load. You can’t expect them to do magic!

DMC-1 CLC 6300BP4 Eproms DK15 or DL15
waglip
11/06/25 06:48 PM
Hello, I received a new CLC 6300BP4 board without eproms and two sets of eproms to install, 675-DK15 and 675-DL15. What is the difference between those eprom kits, and any kit will work with the 6300BP4 on DMC-1 (not DMC-1A) ? We are trying to install a rear door on base floor 1. Thanks W.
