CE Lanterns on Tac50

We have bank of 3 tac50s that have been upgraded to CPUA.
They had CE position indicators on the first floor with discrete lanterns on all other floors.
We change the lanterns out with new CE PI/Lantern Combos. The PIs are correct and the lanterns work on the correct floors. The issue is the gong.
Car 1 gongs once down, Car 2 gongs twice down, Car 3 gongs 4 times down.
From what I can tell everything is the same on all 3 cars.
What am I missing?
