Sorry if this is redundant, looking for Prints for ThyssenKrupp Access, LEV Chain Counterweight - Machine Roomless
The company that sold it has been long out of business, haven't been able to get any help from any local elevator buddies.
Can't seem to get real customer service from TKE - any help appreciated.

Also, what is the age of the equipment? PLC or green or blue board.

Located in Cecil, PA - 2007 Marshall Elevator Company installed a residential elevator for an apartment above what is now my cabinet company. Since Marshall has gone out of business and before my purchase of the building OTIS has serviced the elevator, but they no longer have any records. Green board was replaced in 2019. I've had multiple elevator mechanics come out to look at it, but they're lost without prints. If anybody has them, or can recommend anyone local that would have greater knowledge. I'm not trying to steal trade secrets, just really in need of help.

Do the hall buttons show any fault code? Where is the car physically in the hoistway?
