Got a new kcm duplex customer states that when they scan their key fob it periodically latches a 2nd floor car call and it’s only that specific floor in both cars has anyone else had this issue both mul boards are working properly and all buttons and switches work correctly

Im not super familiar with this, but doesnt the security go through option boards in the controller?

It would be on a second option board.

Is your controller showing any errors like stuck car call?
Those buttons wear out and can get stuck in a latched position.

You could test buttons on fire phase 2?
Bounce the Cop and see if 2 lights up

Check where the card reader is wired. They could be causing noise if they are using power supply from KMUL board. Good luck. Let us know what you find.
