On normal while sitting idle at a floor (does it at different floors) the doors will randomly reopen. Hard to tell if im getting door open demand first or if LFK1 & LFK2 (and thus 40) are dropping first. I have already gone through the door locks, and LFK relays never drop during runs and don't drop if sitting idle on machine room inspection. Has an MOVR operator.

Randomly open doors at any floor while parked.

Check these mechanical possibilities as they’re easy;

Running the operator with the O/C switch, will they drift open when shut (and not squeezing)?
Possibly seeing DCL input disappear?
Gooey DCL cam not snapping the limit open?
Possible fatigued operator belt (at the motor sheave when closed) causing a loss of tension or loose belt tension?
Loose allen screw on motor side sheave?
And lastly, whatever type clutch zone restrictor is present, adjustments clear pickup rollers easily when doors are relaxed?
