Tac 20-03. When you push 1st floor hall button, door opens and car lantern is activated by HLU relay. Relay chatters which cause lantern to flash quickly. Does not do this at 2nd floor. VC1A relay also chatters in the down direction. I've changed the IOA Board. Any ideas?
