Hello i have an otis mcs 220 elevator with an ovf 20 that wont run, its completely stuck, i cant drive on ERO or normal run, i have an active E2P fault in ovf20 while also status saying "IDLE", could it be just eprom is broken?
i know some elevators have previously E2P fault and still works, but not ACTIVE, wondering if that could be blocking it, and if not. The INS led on lcb2 is always active i cant get it to go into TCI mode or Normal in anyway.
It does not recognise putting it to normal, what could be blocking it from going over from inspection, its sending output NORM when i swich off ERO but still INS led is active.
