Hi Guys anyone run into trouble changing the SMICE 61Q board on these ? just changed one out for a faulty board but cannot get it to boot up and the screen to come on ?We have been told by a third party that only Schindler can swap these out as there is a special procedure they dont share ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sometimes the parameters and/or software programmed into the chip aren't compatible

I’ve heard similar issues with those boards—especially on Schindler equipment. Isn’t the SMICE board tied into system commissioning or parameter loading?

If it’s not booting or showing anything on the screen, could it be waiting for initialization or not recognizing the rest of the system?

Curious if anyone’s managed to get one running without OEM tools, or if it’s basically locked to Schindler access?
