Any serapid guys out there? I have a unit that will not level automatically into the floor in either up or down direction at any of the stage levels. It can be leveled in manually with the pendant and switches to leveling frequency in the drive. This is the liftlink chain system, unsure if they have other systems. Does it use a learned position via encoder or switches to determine the leveling zone?

The bottom floor zone switch had to be moved up about 1/8 inch or so. If my understanding is correct, the bottom floor zone switch acts as a zero point to sync the other floors through the encoders on the motors. This is a learned position. If the switch moves from its original position, the lift acts as it does in the post above.
