We are seeing the 019-002. Power seems fine and CLC seems fine as well and we are monitoring the supply that seems just fine. Only happens in the Up direction. Power supply failing so quick we can't view on meter?

I’ve seen this before on a DMC. We replaced the CLC board and kept pulling our hair out trying to pinpoint the problem. Long story short, check your wiring connections on the power supply fuse holder. I found loose stake-on connections were actually the problem.
This might be what you’re experiencing. When the elevator is travelling up, the vibrations from the hydraulics may be just enough to rattle a loose connection. Also check your incoming power on the top right hand side of the CLC board to make sure those connections are tight.

Good luck!

Also check the connections on the back of the COP power supply toggle switch. Those are known to be problematic
